Yes I agree with you on this, the cheapest budget tyre is probably still better than worn out old tyres.

Normally I have no gripes when I see such Chinese tyres slapped onto B&B cars, but for some car models which I seen Tourador tyres slapped on - I really scratch my head and wonder why, such as:

- A BMW Z4

- A BMW 5er

- Toyota Alphard ($250k price tag)

Why the freak would you pair such an expensive car with such cheapskate Chinese-made tyres? 0% downpayment and 10 year loan issit?

Well as long as don’t push the car hard, any new tyre can Liao. Tourador is not called national tyre of Singapore for no reason😆. Cheap cheap  and save some money can Liao.

I see it as the camcar just happened to be in the wrong place wrong time when he reached the merging lane - that there was a long line of vehicles all going at the speed limit that prevented him/her from merging smoothly into the expressway. Yes there was space up front, but we can see the upcoming cars are all spaced at such a short distance that wouldn't have allowed the camcar to merge smoothly in, and would've forced him to drive on the road shoulder for a bit more.

But I see the comments on the video are all condemning the camcar driver - so I guess I must crawl back to the hole where I came from as everyone drives Ferrari's that accelerate from 50km/hr to 90km/hr in 2 seconds flat.

Agree with you. the safe option is to do what he did, imho. Granted, he could've move further up...but eventually he'll probably have to stop because of the long train of vehicles on the merging lane unless one car on that lane is willing to slow down. Notice the white mercs also had to stop to wait for the lane to clear.

Fatty acted the way he did because he knows in SG, 9 out 10 drivers are docile kiasi kind.  😁

This is at Punggol, he should be doing deliveries around here on a regular basis as I've seen him few times within the estate. The way he rode is very dangerous as if he owns the road, those bo chap attitude.
