Now part of the problem is driving instructors also don't know the law.

How can instructors tell students things they don't know? Only need to stop at pedestrian crossing who is either crossing or is starting to cross.

5 feet away or even 1 foot away is not crossing or starting to cross

It is about to start to cross and drivers do not need to stop!

4.  The driver of a vehicle who is in the process of turning his vehicle at a road intersection or junction where there is a pedestrian crossing shall stop his vehicle in order to give way to any pedestrian, cyclist, mobility vehicle user or PMD rider who is either crossing or is starting to cross the intersection or junction.

Many bloody foreigners also expect vehicles to stop for them when the cross uncontrolled junctions like side roads! I need to print this out and slap them with it.

Agreed. But if the towkays cannot control...garment MUST step in to regulate to protect the innocent passengers...garment oredi relented by allowing more non locals to drive school bus...let's see...😅

These light truck is not suitable for Expressway speed.

It should be banned from Expressway.
