As the COE cross the 100k mark, the 20K difference between Cat A and B becomes not so offensive.

My brother-in-law boss (A ultra high net worth Chinese) brought a maybach S-class last year for $870k. When i ask if that price includes COE, my BIL just give me that "Are you serious look"
