For once I support LTA. 

China actually have nano-cars in every city, maybe not obvious in tier 1 cities. But there are millions of them around. They are illegal but cos they are driven by elderly and is so wide spread, that the local authorities just LL.

Those are 老人代步车.  Bigger version of PMA.

Most of the time, it is used along cycle path.

It's not road legal doesn't mean cannot import. Eg if I have a big farm I can use it on the private property.

I am curious. 

Prior to this, what is used? Wheel barrows? If usage is restricted to this area, personally no see any issue. It is basically a tool to make heavy work lighter. 

But if one or two bad smelly apples happy happy use it on normal roads, worse if modded to speed like no tomorrow, then it will be a problem. Cos it may attract reckless speed demons, I mean si gin nas. As always, if everything is fine as long no incidents. Who dun like speeding. 🫣

Kaypo if complain to authorities when no incident. LTA jiak liao bee if accident happens. 

Nothing will happen one. So scare die. If got happen, it's God's will and so-so need to report in wherever. If got happen but only lose a body part or sway sway paralysed, claim from who? It's bad luck lor. 

😅😅😂😂 Do is wrong, no do is wrong. Others get hurt can, not my problem. Ownself or loved ones hurt, noise big big and jio more to kpkb.

Currently, only PMA & PAB requires approved permit from LTA before shipping to Singapore.

Otherwise, Custom will reject it.

Exactly the "not in my backyard". Just ask oneself: if this thing knock down and severely injure own family member, will your opinion stay the same? Nothing happen so why busybody complain?
