I believe Soul Red has 3 coatings of paint and the rest are just 2 coatings, hence the top up.

I agree the red Mazda has is the best looking in town now, the shimmer in the day and even in the night really stands out!

Good job Mazda!

I believe so, saw a Dec 14 Mazda 3 for bidding on quotz. The thickness of the pain for Mica grey was quite thin at 1.3mils.. Way thinner than other bb car.

Hi

I am driving the same model for past 2 years, around same age as this one too. Apart from the issues that come with buying a used car, I have had no major problems. Brake pads, battery, new set of tires were the only substantial expenses (so far haha, fingers crossed!).

The car itself is a dream to drive and quite spacious. It fits well in the category of a luxury sedan. FC is quite poor, so be prepared for frequent trips to the petrol station. 2.5ltr, so road tax quite high too.

Overall, I'm very happy with my car! But please do your due diligence before taking a decision to buy. Ensure you test drive the car.

Good luck!

Thanks bro for your input! Great to hear from someone driving exact same model. First time shopping for a used car, so a little wary of all the horror stories about the dealers...

No worries! You're in the same situation I was 2 years ago. This forum has tons of information on used car dealers which you might find useful. Remember that not all dealers are out there to con buyers or sell you a lemon, so just do your homework well.

Good luck again and hope you get a car that you like!

For 50% highway and 50% city driving, it's around 8.5kmpl.

You can go to their webpage at http://mazda.com.sg/contact/contact-us/

and fill in the feedback form. This form will go to the management and the CS and they will sure reply to you.

sound quite bad ....

did they give u the correct car in the first place? perhaps check the vehicle chassis number and the registration details in LTA website under your asset details to confirm everything is in order.

Same time, maybe take a look at the mileage that have run in in case some one drove the car for excursion.

after paying so much for the car and good delivered not up to quality mark... need to [smash]

Thanks guy. I did check that why I how I notice all those fault. Mazda promised to repair them when I sent for 1000KM servicing. Had the option to leave the car with them while they rectify it but decide to take the car as I have already swap my season parking for the new car. They have listed all the flaws that I stated. Will bring the car abit early servicing. Manage to secure servicing slot on the 13/07 no earlier dates available. They claim because of renovation, proper check was done adequately. I am preparing the list and photo evidence if not satisfactory on the 13/07. I will shoot it to them. Not a good start of relationship for Mazda for me.

Seems my Mazda 5 gauge range reading not accurate... Range showing 65km, however I can only pump max 45 litres of fuel. That's abt 15 litres more in reserve and range should be at least 150 km or more not 65 km. Anyone can shed some light in this matter.

same as me. can pump max 45 liters with 60-80km mileage left. The mileage-to-go reading is not accurate. I believe it got to do with the movement of the car which affect the sensor reading to record it lower/higher. if you notice, when pump full tank, the mileage-to-go will reduce fast from the initial value of 800km+.

if you want to pump more than 45 liters, you need to wait till the mileage value is < 50km

i would say the range does not take into reserve tank into consideration
