me and wife after spending 5 happy holidays in taichung and da xi, ready to return to Singapore on evening 8.10pm flight with jetstar. however, I am now sitting at Taipei taoyuan airport now...... the story was I booked the return flight on 20 Jan instead of 21 Jan!! and I booked it 6 months ago, with hotels and itinerary planned for full 5 days. Yet I never thought of checking the ticket for past 6 months.... I have been a sotong in many occasions, booked movie ticket on wrong day (went to cinema then realised it was for next day), wrong cinema (went to plaza sing then have to rush to yishun!), purchased voucher online and expired before I realise, etc. but this will be in the record as the bestest screw up , I just wonder if my wife would divorce me when we return home

Understand that I need to pay a booking and service fee if I pay by credit card. What if I opt for payment over at 7 eleven? Can I pay by credit card as well or do I need to pay cash? Pls advise. Thanks!

8 hours is a long wait for a resheduling of flight. i guess Jetstar had to clear the "bomb" rumour before they could clear the plane for takeoff. Flying Jetstar but am afraid I won't last the journey in the usual cramped seats (i'm pretty tall)... Understand tat there r the emergency seats which offers alot more room.. How does one request for those seats: Via the online seats selection (which seat no or row) ??? or at the check-in counter?

Dear all, getting tired of holding the line for the Jetstar call centre. Would like to find out from fellow forumers if the following booking is OK. My wife's name if Jane Tan A B. I booked the ticket with her name spelt this way. In her passport, her name is spelt as Tan A B Jane. Will the checkin counter issue us a ticket for this ah? Anyone has experience in this before?

Hi All, Anyone ever experienced the airline changing the time of departure by a full 12 hours and then send you an email to seek acceptance? I just got an email and my flight to Bangkok was bumped from morning 710am to night 710pm!! But I actually paid more to get the early flight. Shitty right?
