does anyone know if there is ura parking facilities ard united square area? as I only intend to be ard that area for only 20mins on a weekday evening after 7pm, don't wish to incur per entry parking in the shopping center carparks. tia -

With the new OPC scheme whereby one can drive a OPC for full Saturday and Sunday, I am toying with the idea of getting a OPC 5 seater sedan and a 2 seater weekday fun car to drive to work. Say for a budget of about $110K combined, what cars would you recommend? I do not mind used car for both, one new one used, or whichever combination. No specific requirements about conti or Jap car also. Get creative, give me your recommendation. Thanks

It's still so congested, Is the system working? Now I seriously doubt on the effectiveness of having new grantry erected for residential area.

Need your advise bros... On 16/12 (Saturday), I parked at a HDB car park in Bedok that stated the following: "Season Parking. No parking from 7.00pm to 7.00am on weekdays and from 10.30pm to 7.00am on Sundays/Public Holidays." I displayed a valid coupon but was shocked to receive a summons when I got back to my car! I wrote in to HDB for clarification and was informed that weekdays included Saturdays !! What the hell? Is this common knowledge?? The best part was when I tried calling them this morning, the office was closed because it was a Saturday ! How come government closed on "weekdays"?? I think this is absolutely unfair and misleading and will not pay the fine. Any thoughts or ideas? Thanks!

Hi, Just wondering has anyone ever heard of any NSMen who got mobilized on a weekday? So far my experience is that it's alway on a weekend. Think weekday too disruptive and too "expensive". So wondering whether there are any cases where anyone actually got mobilized on a weekday...
