  1. Why do/did Jap cars makers make these odd-balls cars?? (Typo corrected) Even major car makers like Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Mazda, etc do it. Odd-balls / niche models like Cube, Juke, CrossRoad, dB / Material, GT86, CRZ, Insight, Prius, Jimny, etc. Past models like Copen, TownBee, WagonR, etc. These cars have very limited market ie little profits to be made yet they take the trouble to make these somewhat "unusual" models which western car makers don't seem to be "brave" enough to produce. The designers have too much sake sometimes?? PS - Are there western equivalents of such cars, especially coming out from the factories of established cars makers??

Hi all, need all your help here, i am doing a feasibility studies on whether to install body kit on my car (G9 corolla), i noe that there r ready made ones out there but till date haven seen anything that tickles my interest tho... , the nicer ones r those japanese brands which u see on the website but will cost a bomb to get them shipped over, etc... therefore, the only way is to customise the body kit, i am looking for front lips, side skirts and rear lips, so i will need advice on the following from all experts here, a. any good workshop that u personally recommend that is able to customise body kit, local or jb, wld be great if i can see their samples, past works, etc, my preference is that they last and dun crack too easily b. how much will be looking at for those 3 items? including spray painting, thanks, will need the above details to explore further then can decide whether to proceed thanks to all very much in advance
