  1. TL;DR – A Land Rover Defender bullies the cam car driver by tailgating, using illegal floodlights to blind the driver and hurling vulgarities when confronted. Who needs fog lights and high beams when you illegally install floodlights in your Land Rover Defender to bully people? A cam car driver was on the receiving end of some serious road bullying at around 6pm on 21st July 2022 at IMM shopping centre. Watch the 4-min ish video of the incident here: Unclear as to what happened prior The footage uploaded did not show what might have triggered the aggression from the Defender driver. But here’s a pretty detailed summary of what went down. Shine bright like a diamond There’s NO WAY those lights are legal. Anything that jeopardises the safety of other road users (in this case, blinding them with 1,000,000 kelvins of light) will not be LTA approved. Yes, it might look cool but installing them in Singapore (where there's no floods, hail, snow, fog) makes zero sense. Image from: Google Images\ Did you catch the ‘pai-seh’ moment? I don’t know whether you missed it, but after all that bullying, the Defender driver couldn’t even make a proper turn at the carpark. It had to do a little three-point-turn to evade scraping the walls. Online Chatter Here are a couple of award-winning comments. Some comments also mentioned the cam car might not be innocent after eliciting such a strong reaction from the Defender driver. While I don’t disagree, I believe we can all agree that the way the Defender driver handled it was inexplicably dumb. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 2. TL:DR – A van driver displays the ugly side of humanity and intentionally cuts a cyclist’s path. When the cyclist confronts the driver, the driver threatens to call the police, makes snide remarks about the cyclist’s visa (he’s a foreigner) and even splashes water on him. While we usually see stories on MyCarForum about errant cyclists, today happens to be slightly different. Today, we watch the ugly side of humanity displayed by a ‘guai lan’ van driver who needs to get beat up. Watch this 5-min long video to understand why. The audio is a little out of sync though. What led to this confrontation? Yes, the exciting bits are at the start of the video. However, if you watch the whole video, the trigger was when the van driver overtook the bicycle and swerved into its path without adhering to the 1.5m safety distancing rule. Clearly. the driver had no intention to let the cyclist through. Road bullying at its worst If that wasn’t enough, the driver even threatened the foreign cyclist. Here are some quotes from the conversation The driver even splashes two bottles of liquid on the cyclist. 3. TL;DR – A Range Rover enters the main road via a small lane along Braddell road without looking out for oncoming traffic. Cam car manages to evade a T-bone incident with the Range Rover, but it almost came with a huge cost. Wow. I know the Range Rover is a big a#@ car, but shouldn’t that mean you can see almost everything as the driver? Not this guy Watch this 35-second video and see how oblivious the Range Rover driver is. Dangerous evasive manoeuvrers By some miracle, the cam car managed to avoid T-boning the Range Rover, but it had to swerve into the next lane and cut across double white lines in the process. If there had been another vehicle on its right, the crash would have been devastating. Not to mention, the cam car would have to foot the damages. Online Chatter A little harsh. Not! Sounds legit. Very vindicative bunch of comments. Love it. Looks like just smashing the Rover might be the best option here. ----------------------- Witnessed an accident? See something interesting on the roads? 4. Petty Mazda 6 driver pulls several dangerous stunts after getting cut by a parent sending her kids to school. The incident occurred on Thursday morning (July 29) at Yishun, near Chongfu Primary School. According to the camcar’s Facebook post, his wife sent their son to school in the morning and stopped kerbside for the boy to alight. The footage showed that while she was stopping, it looked like she accidentally cut into the navy blue Mazda’s lane as the driver had wanted to move off. Thinking that it was on purpose, the driver got upset and merged into the next lane. From there, he continuously taunted her with dangerous stunts, such as jamming the brakes and blocking the vehicle from moving off while on the road. She tried to shake off the Mazda driver by switching lanes, but the driver kept going back and forth between both lanes just to cut her off. In the middle of the video, the driver suddenly stopped his vehicle in a yellow box and alighted, which obstructed the traffic flow. He then made his way to the camcar and proceeded to scold and threaten the driver for cutting into his lane. This went on for a while as other vehicles tried to move around the parked Mazda while the driver throws his temper tantrum. The rest of the video showed the Mazda driver wildly gesturing to the camcar driver, continuously taunting her before moving off in an illegal u-turn. Netizens’ reactions TBH, there is no way that the childish behaviour of the Mazda driver can ever be justified in this situation. Letting his anger get to his head and lashing out at others while blocking traffic flow is highly immature. 5. It happened one mth ago but decide to share it now. It was around close to midnight I was on the way back home and was waiting to turn right at a junction. I was looking out for traffic at the discretionary right turn. There are still cars moving so I waited for the right green arrow. Once green arrow is on, I was a bit slow to move off as I was checking for the opposite traffic in case got any car who beat red light and continue to go straight. Behind me got this one driver. He honked me as I was slow to move off. After moving off, he overtake me on my left, I turn my head to the left towards him and he gave the middle finger. I did not respond. He purposely drove in front of me and we came to a stop at a traffic light. While stationery, he purposely engage the reverse gear to intimidate me. It was recorded in my car cam. I still keep it with me. Once the traffic turns green, he sped off and waited at the front bus stop waiting for me to overtake me then he tail me all the way home. I entered my house carpark but did not park my car. Instead I turned round and round. He gave up and just left. I was already on my way to the nearest police station in case he wants to do something stupid. It was all recorded in my dash cam. Can see his face clearly alongside his plate no. Turn out he is a grab driver. Can see the blue decal sticker. What would u guys do if you were me? Do share.
  6. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iwjN1Wbr4B4&feature=youtu.be Transit link bus 190 driver cuts into my lane aggressively, forces me to gently steer into the left lane and brake to a stop. video captured him showing a middle finger to me as I drove past. driver is indian race, please advise me on the channels to lodge a complain. Thank you. Incident happened at 3 30pm on Orchard Road on a weekday afternoon, traffic condition is light and smooth. I seriously got no idea why the bus is doing on the fourth lane and then have to cut through 3 lanes just to stop at the bus stop which is just after the traffic light. Is there a need for such impatient and reckless driving? Please advise or assist me with regards to the various authorities which I can file a proper complaint against this selfish public bus driver who does not give a damn to other road users' safety. I only tap my horn lightly. I do not think that this tapping of the horn warrants a middle finger from him. Driver was caught on video showing me the middle finger as I drove pass him.
  7. Just saw this from reckless driver FB today. Being a VW driver, i feel sia suay by this driver. This gu-niang acted like a tough guy but no balls to provide his particulars after an accident. The lady even have to chase him down before he was forced to show his face. Yes, we don't know what happened before the video as usual. It's an accident, exchange particulars, move on. Be a man. https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=777573968972297 by https://www.facebook.com/sgreckless. Singapore Reckless Drivers The confront. "8 August 2014 around 8.25 am- My sister, Honda Jazz was hit by a dangerous driver. After the hit, he wanted to escape from the scene but lucky my sister managed to stop him on time with the "aid" from the traffic light.
