  1. Ah bengs are just YPs who never grew out of it because they peaked in their youth and were never more loved or relevant since then. Therefore they continue to act like they did when they were young in order to cling to their scraps of “respect” and “adoration”. Because how else can you be as free and petty as this guy? What happened? A camvehicle had the misfortune of encountering an Ah Beng PAB rider on Yuan Ching Road last Sunday, 22 April. We can see in the footage that the Ah Beng was going fairly slow on the road. The camvehicle lightly honked twice while at a decent distance from the PAB. The camvehicle overtook the PAB before stopping for a bus. And that’s the last we see of the PAB. SIKE! The PAB Ah Beng shows up once more after two minutes! The camvehicle stops for 30 seconds in front of a red light and the Ah Beng uses his PAB to block the camvehicle. The Ah Beng gets off and tells the camvehicle to come out, as well as a bunch of stuff in Chinese to taunt the driver. After a while (for some reason not immediately) the driver calls the police in front of the Ah Beng who remains undeterred. Ah Beng gives the car’s front bumper a mild shove, at which point the driver has enough and continues on his way, calling the Ah Beng a CB to the police (yes he was still on call). So bro was fast enough to chase a vehicle down for 2 minutes, but couldn't go fast enough to not be a hindrance to traffic? This entire thing could've been prevented if he was just pedalling faster or NOT ON THE ROAD AT ALL. I must say I find Ah Beng’s determination impressive, if only for the wrong reasons. Who knows what he could’ve been if he used his resilience in his career and not being a pest? Online chatter Ah Beng’s behaviour does not help the already poor reputation of PAB riders. Or cyclists on the road. Others once again plead with LTA and the government to take action against such riders. ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 2. TL;DR: C-HR driver is unhappy cam car driver did not let him into lane, proceeds to brake-check, confront and attempt to cause accidents “When in the wrong, just continue heck care since already wrong once” a motto this crazy C-HR beng believes in. To get an idea of the madness involved, watch the following 3.5-minute clip: What started it From 0:55, we can see “King Ander” — as inscribed on the C-HR’s driver side window — wanting to switch into the cam car’s lane, since his lane is left-turn only. He’s already left a significant gap from the white Serena ahead, and doesn’t seem to have signalled right, since there are no flashes from his mirror-mounted indicators. The cam car driver is having none of “King Ander’s” entitlement, so he just drives on. Displeased, the C-HR encroaches into the cam car’s lane as an attempt at intimidation, to no avail. Just before approaching the junction, the C-HR finally turns on its right indicators. Seeing the road clear up ahead, it gives up trying to merge, driving straight on and squeezing out the cam car in the process. Tyrannical behaviour commences Not satisfied with getting ahead, the C-HR seizes the opportunity to “punish” the cam car, flooring it across some chevrons and abruptly cuts across 2 lanes, just to perform a double brake check. At least he remembered to use his signals this time. Having boxed the cam car in traffic, he gets out for a confrontation to act tough. Another angle of this beng’s mug taken by the cam car’s passenger, with profane gestures and all; certainly not behaviour befitting a king. Realising they have all sorts of incriminating evidence, he finally retreats to his car, but not before a final "dirty trick”. As the cam car switches lanes to distance itself, this tyrant attempts to force the cam car off the road right across 4 lanes beyond his own, before switching again to the next lane, all without signalling. All in, the 8 (at least) infractions included: Failure to signal intention (multiple) Failure to stay in lane Driving over chevrons Driving into an oncoming lane Brake-checking Stopping on a double zigzag Causing an obstruction Attempting to cause an accident Online reactions The majority of comments appear to condemn both parties, stating that the cam car driver was partly at fault for not giving way to “King Ander”, despite his lack of signalled intention early on. While in the minority, there were still a few condemning his actions. What do you think, should the cam car driver be more gracious even if he was entirely in the right, or was this C-HR beng wrong to bully even if he's "King (Ander)" of the road? 3. Since the border opening, there have been numerous incidents of Singaporeans misbehaving in Malaysia: Singaporean Volkswagen GTI driver enters a roundabout at full speed, hits a MPV and scoots off in Johor Bahru Mazda 5 driver from Singapore parks and hogs an entire single lane in JB, also gets caught driving on the road shoulder of an expressway BMW 523i driver comes out of his car and pees in public. Gets caught on CCTV And who can forget the infamous 'Kia Cerato' lady who made international headlines? Now, a group of Singaporean 'ah bengs' are wanted by Malaysian Police for investigation after allegedly assaulting a Malaysian man with a wrench. Watch the confrontation between these Singaporean 'ah bengs' and a group of Malaysians here: Here's what the video didn't show Apparently, the three 'ah bengs' confronted a Malaysian man in his car after they had a misunderstanding in the entertainment venue they were in earlier. According to the police report lodged by the victim, one 'ah beng' swung a wrench at him when he wound down his car's window, causing injuries to his nose and right eye. (In the video, an individual could be seen waving a wrench in his hand while making aggressive gestures.) After realising their friend was in trouble, the victim's friends rushed to his aid. Subsequently, the Singaporean 'ah bengs' scooted off in a white Lexus after the assault on the victim. After completing their preliminary investigations, Malaysian Police are now looking for the 3 Singaporeans involved in the alleged assault case. Netizens' Comments That's savage. If this really happens, these three guys will be public enemy #1 because we won't have access to cheap(er) petrol anymore😪 Wah, that will be a plot twist! ========= Be the first to get the latest road/ COE news, and get first dibs on exclusive promos and giveaways in our Telegram SGCM Community. 4. They say that Singaporeans have a unique culture and identity, which can be attributed to our variety of local cuisines and our multi-racial society. I say we are truly unique by the manner we talk. Watch this video to see the most Singaporean style argument between two motorists: What Happened? This pointless incident occurred at an unknown HDB carpark involving the cam car and a blacked-out van. The cam car was driving towards the end of a one-way direction carpark, where the driver was supposed to give way to oncoming vehicles before "re-entering" the carpark again. Just as the cam car was about to turn right, a blacked-out van emerged from the carpark entrance. As a result, the cam car performed an e-brake and exclaimed 'SMLJ?' before venting his frustration by honking at the van. The van driver then proceeded to stop in front of the cam car before opening the driver's side door. The van driver then made a gesture to ask why he was honked. The argument between both parties went as such: NGL, this encounter is about the most Singaporean it will ever get! An Avoidable Exchange TBH, the honking action of the cam car was genuinely uncalled for. I see it as an intentional provocation to spite the van driver and vent his frustrations after the cam car was forced to give way to the van. What do you think? Which party do you think is at fault? Netizens' Comments Dude, what have you been smoking when you were typing Point 3 onwards? That stuff is way too strong. 5. This story has been trending for the last 48-hours with multiple posts over various FB pages in Singapore. Now, put yourself in the shoes of the taxi driver. If it were me, I would have driven off as soon as the 90s ah beng started shouting. I mean, kudos to the taxi driver for keeping his cool and locking his doors to keep him and his passengers safe. But I think he could have saved his taxi from all that HULK SMASHING if he had driven off. What would you do in the same situation?
  6. TL;DR – Two men argue at a multi-storey carpark because one of them allegedly parked his Mitsubishi Lancer (with a modded exhaust) and revved unnecessarily at five in the morning. Here’s something interesting that SG Road Vigilante just uploaded - Two men arguing over a Mitsubishi Lancer’s modified exhaust. Here’s the video: Boom Boom Boom From the conversation between the two men, we can safely assume there was an exchange of words before the start of the video. The guy taking the video is unhappy with the Lancer driver’s disregard for the neighbours. “Ask you very simple. Be considerate. You come inside here, Boom Boom Boom. You parking here, not moving also you whack whack whack like that. Eh, every morning 5 o’clock you in the morning you do like that you know brother.” Lancer driver The Lancer driver does not address the guy’s concerns. Instead, he focuses on other things “Wah, now video, talk nicely ah? Just now want to play gangster, call police, say I no lan jiao. But now ah, video ah, he talk nicely because he scared I post” Before I continue, let me just put it out there = I did not expect the Lancer driver’s voice to sound like…. that. Not an isolated incident According to the guy taking the video, the Lancer driver has been doing this for a while now. The Lancer driver’s defence? “Because I need to work, I work midnight.” I’m so confused right now. Say what? Don’t forget his voice. His kkj? Ouch, that’s a first, second and third-degree burn all in.
  7. https://sg.news.yahoo.com/covid-19-mc-donalds-to-temporarily-suspend-all-restaurant-operations-in-singapore-230224039.html Wa now enen drive through is closed. Looks like Mcdonald side is getting super serious.. Don't know is it because that there might have more new cases to be uncovered that is linked to McDonald's or because of management want to be on safer side of the option.
  8. Now this is a new level of road bullying. Check out this new post from SG Road Vigilante where the camera car is being harassed by a Toyota Premio from Geylang all the way until the end of the Thomson Flyover on the PIE towards Jurong. The incident happened on 10th of June, 2020 and we all know that there can be no smoke without fire. Coming out from Lor 19 Geylang and merging into Geylang Rd, the camera car must have honked the offending Premio as the Premio appears to be stopping in the middle of a busy and messy four lane road for no reason. In the Premio driver's defence, he could have trying to pick up a passenger as the car is under the Private Hire scheme and can be seen using his hazards. Unfortunately for him, he chose to lose his temper when he was honked at by the camera car, a Toyota Noah/Esquire, which could very likely be another Private Hire vehicle rushing to pick up/drop off another passenger. As we can see, in the process of intimidating the white Toyota MPV camera car, the Premio driver drove through a red light along Geylang Rd. From the various submissions of video to the SGRV's page, the whole event only ended when both of them drove past the Thomson Flyover, with the Premio driver speeding off after wildly gesturing at the camera car. Naturally the comment sections were full of unkind words for the "ah beng" in the Premio... So do you think the Premio driver is in the wrong? Or is there another side to this story? Let us know in the comments below!
