Fortunately the torque at 420Nm is better than typical 2.0L turbo at around 350Nm. Engine should be similar to the one in the CX-9. Listen to the explanation regarding the engine. What's the torque figure like? Max power is usually around 6000rpm.... these power figures are 99% irrelevant to normal user who revs at 1000-3000 rpm 99% of time. More importantly is whether it enhances the driving experience... for example more effortless acceleration and overtaking.
