All the second-hand units can stand one aside already.

Brand new cheaper than used (especially those 1-2 years old).

But wonder what are the T&C?

Usual suspect would be

- higher loan quantum and long tenure requirement

- interest rate lock-in (could be higher)

- insurance lock-in

- non-guarantee

- low COE offset / rebate level

If none of above required, then really superb value.

Apart from higher loan quantum, the rest all required. Interests at 2.18%. Looks neither Super high or low. I know someone who bought m3 last year paid 105,888 and interests even higher at 2.38%

Just went for test drive on Sun - loan minimum 30k for 3 years or pay 1k more for full settlement. Insurance lock-in for 2 years and will get 1.5k rebate. Non-guarantee but not sure what is the COE offset.

That's certainly reasonable for min loan quantum and interest rate. BM for their cars is min 50k loan and 4 years. Penalty is 2.4k.

If I am in the mkt for this segment of car, I will go for Mazda 6.
