That's certainly reasonable for min loan quantum and interest rate. BM for their cars is min 50k loan and 4 years. Penalty is 2.4k.

If I am in the mkt for this segment of car, I will go for Mazda 6.

The current 6 will have a facelift n new model will be sold here next year

Just paid deposit, manage to nego down to 30K - 1 year loan :)

Thanks for the info. The website says customised floor mat and it looks like they are using 3M. How much did it cost you previously and the time to fabricate?

$220 for 3 piece set (3M premium grade).

Nice! Still 106800? SE throw in additional items to sweeten the deal?

Bought the wagon at 143.8k. Freebies - dash cam, car film, paint protection and mats. Oh yes, 1 year road tax - not sure if that is considered a good deal but 1 year loan is at higher interest rate - 2.58%. Oh yes, price gone up 3K today.

I wanted wagon but out of my range. Congrats on new ride! It’s a decent deal and I Guess your 1 year loan n small amount leaves smaller margin for your SE :p

FC is best in its Class, except Hybrid, expect to get 12km/L...Mazda is N/A   cannot compare with Europe Turbocharged Cars for performance.

The 2.0 M6 is under-power. My experience during test drive was that car was struggling and engine very noisy.

But supposedly FC is super good compared to its peers.

If you drive very slowly, and demand good economy, then is good choice.

But so far hear so much bad rantings about TransEurokars service quality.... pls have mental preparation.

Poor resale value down the road.

This is probably the most value for money cat B car one could find in the market. And with this net seling price, a owner would not suffer much when he sells his car some years down the road.

THE MAZDA 6 WAGON GETS REFRESHED.

https://blog.caranddriver.com/the-mazda-6-wagon-gets-refreshed-now-bring-it-to-america-please/

New-Mazda6_Exterior_Update-626x372.jpg

We know we sound like a broken record when we fawn over station wagons that we don’t get in the United States, but the Mazda 6 wagon is so enticing that we don’t care. This mid-size longroof is getting the same updates that the 6 sedan receives for the 2018 model year, and seeing it with its new face just renews our desire for it to be sold in the States.

Mazda hasn’t sold a 6 wagon in the U.S. since it discontinued the first-generation 6 wagon in 2008. But it continued selling 6 wagons in other markets for the second and third generations of its mid-sizer. The updated 6 wagon that will be officially unveiled at the Geneva auto show next month looks nearly identical to the 2018 Mazda 6 sedan, sporting the same classy-looking front grille and new wheel design. Mazda hasn’t released full information yet, but we expect it will also gain a new top-tier Signature trim level with plush interior trim.

We’re not as sure about the 6 wagon’s engines, as the Europe-market car uses a different powertrain lineup than the U.S.-spec car, with gasoline 2.0-liter and turbo-diesel 2.2-liter options rather than the gas 2.5-liter four-cylinder we get. We’ll find out more info shortly about the 6 wagon, and we’ll keep pestering Mazda to consider selling it on our shores.

I can only guess standard m6 has more stocks to clear till the new 2018 version arrives, hence the great discount. At such a low price (even cheaper than sonata), it is a no brainer.

I think try on civic and forestor and feel that this two car are more responsive than m6.

Not sure if that fair testing with M6.

But I guess that this M6 is the best interior jap car that you can find.

the resale value for this cat seems very value and attractive low.

Not too concern in the resale value as right now there are demand for such car.

Just that the servicing and warranty is lacking what Honda & Mitsubshi is giving now.
