any recommendation for notepad or should i go for tablet?

 

my current, s10 seem dying off soon, after a few years of serving me..

 

Current usage:

 

i'm using it only for movies, anime, 'prawning' and internet.

 

thinking of tablet, maybe galaxy note or ipad 2..

 

my budget is less than $500.

 

 

 

future usage:

 

intend to use it for gaming. saw a few nice game, rpg or strategy battle type in ipad.

 

prawning, anime, movies, internet.

 

If u want rpg gaming and all that, I advise u to get a notebook. Playing such games in tablets will be quite weird, coz of touch screen and no mouse. Of coz u can use bluetooth mouse / keyboard, but I think notebook is still better for gaming.

Notebooks usually got some freebies. eg. extended warranty or more RAM.

I will avoid such ITshows if just want to buy cheap.

Especially those memories cards and HDD, only few dollars savings....got to squeeze.

The cameras also not much cheaper than Denki or HN if you bring the brochure to get the Denki and HN to match.

LED TVs...even worst....the price keeps dropping.....one one today...next month it's selling cheaper.

 

Unless one keep track of the interested items and follow the pricing trend religiously, it very difficult to know for sure what is a good deal at any moment in time.

I am looking for a PC spec to play Diablo 3. What would be a decent spec for a mid-high range gaming PC? No more than 1500bucks console only.

 

 

Also what would be reasonable spec for a gaming laptop?

then, buy the laptop.

i have a pc just dedicated for D3, build 2 years back or more..

but until now, i dun even know when is D3 out or has it already been released..

plus work, gf, exercise.. where got time..

Not out yet. Heard SOON, but its blizzard so...I wanted to be ready on day one when the game ship. I hardly play games as well. I think I have a game completion rate of one game per year. But I am a big fan of Diablo series, & promise to do demon slaying with my good pals. Its our way to keep up with each other now, as all in different places.

 

Me in Germany, one is back home in Malaysia, & others in Singapore.
