I am assuming the majority of complains come from individual bought an economy class ticket.

 

So much complains.

 

How come those who are in the same plane with business class or first class seats dont complain?

Actually, you see most of the complains about delay and etc comes from economy class passengers.

I comprain SQ ger always pressure me to decide on what drink i want after take off even b4 take off

Scoot doesn't have first class.

 

My cousin whom regularly takes scoot business class have encountered similar issues. 

 

Do note that for scoot planes, the number of economy vs business class is high therefore the probability of complains from that class is also higher. There are definitely business class folks whom complains.

 

If scoot cancels your flight or move it +-1 or +-2 days, no matter what class you're sitting at, you'll be angry.

In fact I always pay for my seat

 

and hers so I can sit far far away from her.

 

I am in the front and she will be in the last row

 

at the back. I told my wife the back seats is the

 

safest and only the best for her.

I going kaohsiung in Jan. Today 1 for 1 not bad, managed to get to and fro tickets for only $230 everything in for 1 pax.

i took scoot to hongkong many times.

Economy or Business class, so far so good. 

 

if you are travelling in a group of 4-5paxs, you may want to consider 2paxs on Business class.

If you compare Business and Economy class, not much differences (during their promo) after adding in the Economy class baggage fee, seat fee and meals fee.

 

Cos Business class offer 30kg each way and hand-carry 14kg each way.

I bought Two business class seats and Three Economy class seats.

Economy paxs all didnt buy baggage. Only hand-carry.

 

Yes, i bought the seating onboard for all my flights.

I took Scoot biz from Tianjin to Sg. Flight delayed 1 hr.

 

Avoid inflight food. Cup noodle better.

This one night flight... Frm SG to TJ.. So good choice to take their bizclass. Seats prob I feel as good as economy class of SQ bah.

 

Dun expect good food as said by Davidtch. Hee.

 

As this this night flight, its quite okay to sleep as they "make it dark", kinda isolate the bizclass frm the normal seats, creating a night environment so can "koonz"
