Should stick to Jetstar.

I booked a 3.30 pm flight to Bangkok for Feb

and they cancelled the flight and shoved me

on the next flight at 5.30 pm.

Great service Scoot.

Tiger service Scoot prices.  [thumbsup]

:D

I am not happy about this.

2 hours less massage time.

Twincharged

my sister took Scoot back from TPE to SIN.

during boarding, a staff approached her (I assume at her seat) to ask to verify her baggage tag and took a pic of it also.

my sis asked if anything wrong and the staff said no and assured her that the bag is on the flight.

but when arrived in SG, my sis bag did not show.

this morning called and said found in KUL !! and told her to go to airport to collect when then bag arrives.

bad experience.

Thay are quite ok. I never had any bad experience with them.

In fact, I like them more than Jetstar or Air Asia.

Relatively new plans and slightly more flexible cabin crew.

Aiyo!  How could they make such a mistake!

Has your sister bought any travel insurance?  She can claim insurance if the baggage delay every 6-8 hours depending on the insurer.

When flying low-cost carriers like Scoot, got to be prepared for delays.  Simple reason.  They use their planes much more intensively and have no backup.  One delay has multiple knock-on effects.  I think the delays on Scoot were worst last time, as the airline was smaller.  I haven't flown with them recently, so I don't know the current performance.  Buy travel insurance!

We flew on Scoot to Hong Kong in 2015.  On the return leg, the flight was delayed severely. Originally scheduled to depart at 0705hrs.  It finally took off at 1605 hrs.  Plane was late.

only take scoot to msia

other than that forget it

it’s not much cheaper compare to full service airline (promo)

When Scoot was first launched, we flew Scoot to Sydney.  It was 600 return per pax.  I don't know the prices now.

I swear I will never in my life ever touch scoot again.

Zero customer service, ridiculous business practice, no ethics at all.

this kind of case quite unbelieveable. never hear of 4hrs before departure.

only those flights with VIP onboard, need to do paxs screening 2-3 days before departure date.

Airlines will contact paxs directly or thru Agency.

Must also update paxs passport particulars into the Airlines system.

And need to check in Airport early
