How many lifes have to be taken away by these SOBs before the govt comes out with new laws to punish these drunk drivers? So this line of reasoning is using handphone while driving, which is an offence in itself, allows her to use the "unaware of the red light excuse" ( i.e. no intention to beat red light so no crime).
