Yeah. These lousy opposition candidates gave the opposition parties a bad reputation.

Ya, as much as I would like to vote for opposition, if my side is other Ah ma Ah kao opposition vs PAP. I will vote PAP instead. Must look at the quality of candidiates too. Sometimes really bo bian. So that may explain why by and large most opposition falls in 20+ percentage count.

So can conclude that 20+ percentage of Singaporeans are hard core opposition supporter. No matter which Ah ma ah kao come they will still vote them instead of PAP.

Then there is some 40% plus percentage of voters are those undecided, must look at who is the one contesting and how good they are. Perhaps the Town council issue did helped PAP increase vote count.

The rest 40% no need say is PAP.

That's what I see based on the sample count result.

Tonight will be a test of the sample count system.

We will see, when the actual results come in, whether the actual results are within 4% from the sample or not.

All will be known in a few hours.

Yours is the most realistic comment here bro... the band doesn't end till the last note and the cold hard numbers will prove the sample count system as effective or is just another red herring...

Interesting thing is the percentage of support from the new young voters for pappies must be about the same as the older voters. We can expect this type of results for years to come unless major screw-ups from the garmen.

A bit depressing to think about this.

Just heard RP said...

If this is ppl's mandate of choosing p8p, then pls don't complain ...

How true this is...

What's the point of complaining, when your action don't match ...

What to do when most voter are KIA SEE....only care what in front of them. Not the future....

Li Lilian had been working very hard in PE, saw her quite often the the area...

I feel LLL should still win PE. She seems popular among some people I know in her ward.
