We all know how aggressive he drove after he hit the car. But we don't know how he was driving before that. I suspect he was driving normally until he side swiped the video car. You can see that he tried to filter in at the last minute, which is very common on our roads. The accident is what triggered the aggressive driving. Insurance policies for such cars usually insure only the named driver and the ah beng may not be one of the named drivers of the car. Lots of people have been caught for this offence not paying road tax ... if im not mistaken, its just an additional cash penalty (based on number of months outstanding) right? Actually from the video it looks like he was driving aggressively/recklessly before he side swiped the video car. Look at the way he tried to exit the expressway.
