This type is mainly doing the rank-and-file jobs in sectors shunned by locals, e.g. healthcare, F&B, manufacturing, construction. No doubt they are also frustrated by the lack of progression and low pay (what drove away locals in the first place!) and this is how they react. The really rare talent among the FT that hold high posts... they need not be jealous or envious of locals, cos they are enjoying better life!
