2014 Corolla Altis - Technical, Features & Use

Saw total of 3 monster red altis. Surprise this is quite that popular as my red monster. Saw quite alot if white altis on the road. Cant really differentiate pearly and the all white. So sad i got little dent on my bonnet with paint chip off. So far total of 3 chips found after only 7 weeks. Haiz. Heart paint.

I collected my Altis ride today and upon car inspection, i ask why battery no date. My SE say no worry as BM warranty battery 2 years and 3rd year is 50% discount. Is this true? It seems a bit long in my opinion.

You can have no symptoms or indication of battery failure,  they will diagnose and change for you FOC.

Your altis should be covered under the Bodycare Program. In your next servicing, just confirm with the staff at Bodycare Section at the service centre that the place that has paint chip is covered. Then at the 11th month (from the date your car is registered), just make an appointment with the bodycare section to do your repair.

 

As there is only 1 bodycare centre at Pandan that does all the paint repair works, I would advise you to go to Pandan to get the Bodycare staff check your car and subsequently make an appointment at the 11th month.

it is either 2 years or 3rd year 50%, meaning if you chnage on 2nd year FOC, then 3 year change again no more 50%.

never go for Respraying as workmanship by BM & colour tone Sxxx! Now my bonnet looked different colour tone under white light. Best advise. A few chip holes looks better than a off colour tone. No matter how matching n how good the original paint, new Paint vs old paint never look the same

Less than a year bro. My one common colour silver lah n parked multi-storey. Heard my Neighbour worst! His car black with nano coated Sealent n he went too on 1x door. Now looked like accident car from far under t sun thou

Os the respray so bad? Im gng to get my respray this coming june holiday at ubi. Like that hw

My altis could not be locked by remote control after encountering heavy rain and splashed by heavy truck water. But it could still be locked by key. The problem went away in a few hours after that. Anyone know how to prevent this?

I read in manual that rain will affect the remote on the driver handle for keyless. But cant rem abt key remote cant lock.

Is it the battery? Hw long ago is yr ride?
