Yes LG using software buttons.

 

Since you happy with S6, then you should keep it and if you are eligible for recon, recon ip7 and sell for cash once can get stock.

 

Then wait for LG V20 (should be soon) or G6 (should be Mar/Apr next year). The V20 looks nice but i think will be abit too big for me. 

 

I using G5 now and basically not complains. I crossed over from S6.

 

i cant stand software buttons. Haha i like the buttons to be in a fixed location/spot.

one of the reasons i didn't buy the xperia Z3 vs the S6.

Bad batch of battery? Ok. They were supposed to fix that. Still blowing up?

damn everyone is using software buttons nowadays.

 

The location of the buttons are fixed. For samsung only the center button is physical. The rest is also surface touch. LG can configure the software buttons - 3, 4 or 5. I know it sounds silly but one of the soft buttons is to pull down/push up the notification bar at the top. So you don't need to stretch your fingers to pull it down and push it up. And this is a huge reason for me to stay with LG since i had the G3. I then upgraded to G4 and then changed to S6 but realised i really missed that function so changed back to LG when the G5 came out.

Ah ok, that sounds more palatable. Yeah i prefer fixed location buttons. My xperia, damn buttons keep switching here n there between portrait and landscape mode. Seriously irritating especially when i using the phone on my bed.

Depends on the model. My G4 does.

It takes time to get used to it when I first changed from SS to LG. Having software buttons does make the phone looks cleaner though and gives the user the flexibility to add or arrange the location according to preferences.

I'm waiting for the v20 too. IDA is doing testing now. Should be release in the next couple of months. If you want big screen and don't mind a mid tier, iphone look-alike phone, can try oppo r9 plus. 6 inch with a whopping 4100mah non exploding battery.

One day, someone hand me a phone to talk to the other party.

So I hold it in the standard 4 fingers, 1 thumb way that you would normally hold a phone.

Hello ? hello ? Nothing.

The phone went dead.

I was told I had switched off the phone, due to my bad thumb position.

Oh great. I think that was an Oppo phone.

i just heard over radio 100.30 that samsuck ask those with Note 7 to "OFF" phone. i think refund bah

 

heng, i use xiaomi. cheap n good. use and throw. no heart pain.

MI5 too high range. cannt afford.

 

i use Mi4 and mi max....both low range phone.

recently bought two mi max export set (India set) at S$223 per set.

deliver to door step.
