teomingern Supercharged January 21, 2018 Share January 21, 2018 You donât understand. Itâs the most expensive car in their range. So it gets locked up. Just like the Merc AMG GT is also locked up. There must be a certain air of exclusivity and not let the rift rafts anyhow meddle with the cars Riffraff bro... ↡ Advertisement

szekt 2nd Gear January 22, 2018 Share January 22, 2018 Hi, just want to check how they often mention that the 3.3 was tuned by BIERMANN from BMW; presumably this doesn’t apply to the 2L version?
Dna_engine 3rd Gear January 22, 2018 Share January 22, 2018 Just went down during lunch time to see the car - first batch only 20 cars that is why it was sold out. Price offered was $163K, so not much margin for discount.
Mercury1 Turbocharged January 22, 2018 Share January 22, 2018 Yes you're right the dimension of the Stinger is closer to the 640 gc. Personally I've not driven the 640 gc but I've gotten feedback from friends who have 5 series and driven the 640gc comparatively the feedback is the 5 series handles better than the 640gc. My opinion is the 640gc was designed for people who wanted a 7 series with more flair, neither would make good track cars but rather designed more towards a great cruiser. I would be interested to see a comparison between the 440 on track vs the 3.3 Stinger to see how close the stinger can match up to car designed more for handling. Given the dimensions I would say the Stinger is closer in size and weight to the 640, no?Agree... the degree of interest in the Stinger is unprecedented... I guess a lot of it also looking for a epic fail from Kia...Aiyoh... ignorant people cannot count lar...

teomingern Supercharged January 23, 2018 Share January 23, 2018 Hi, just want to check how they often mention that the 3.3 was tuned by BIERMANN from BMW; presumably this doesnât apply to the 2L version?Everyone is focusing on the top model mah... cos overseas the pricing isn't so exorbitant like gm Singapore... the 3.3 L is within reach of many overseas whereas it's really in a more rarefied category over here gm Singapore... English subtitles. So far I have yet to see or read any auto journalist which gives the stinger a thumbs down. Everyone and I really mean everyone says itâs worthy of praise! Yeah agree... really very good reviews... I think it's a breath of fresh air in the motoring world... no one has produced anything like it... dedicated focused grand tourer at man in the street price points... Now I hope Kia will make an everyman's entry sports car. Something the Forte coupe but with real sporting ability and decent power and within reach of entry car buyers...
