Nothing to sorry about.

Just want to do my humble part to alert others to not fall into the trap and expose this fraudulent company to the public as much as possible.

Hopefully you can get your new car soon, really it is the black sheep in the market, we curse them to have no business.

SG vehicles store is next to the bukit merah public library ?

That's correct.

The Husband and Wife owner, Mark Poh and Juliet Poh.

SG vehicles, always see their AD in Sunday classified. No wonder still got ppl fall for it.

They like to use "unlimited bid of COE" which is a trap to consumers, because that will mean once you pay your deposit than you are trapped into it and no way out. But I think recently they no longer use it for some reason, probably too many complaints expose them to public.

Thanks for clarifying. I remember walking past their store 2 years back when I was at the Bukit Merah Public Library. The store seems to be rather unique in the area, i.e. the ground floor of a HDB shop house. I remember the store used to be a coffee shop about 9 years ago =)

Anyway will warn my friends about it =)

I wonder if you secured your own COE and walk in to buy, would they then reject or quote you high price?

If complaints are true, surely CASE or some governing body can do something beside just citing in general newspaper. I have been to that shop without knowing the history. Could have been one of their customers too.

Of course nothing here is being verified, we can only take such feedback at face value. Definitely would not wish to try and take that risk. Why would one bother if he knows about this. They are not carrying cars that you cannot find elsewhere in Sg.

Doomz day. This round bidding delayed created lots of expectation but turn out nothing for cars, only bike affected. Some say KCSpider lock in order, others say hold back due to uncertainty. Some say PH reach saturation fleet size, others they still got 1000 veh haven got their COE. Usually, 2nd bid after CNY is crashed but these factors make this round unusual.

This SG Choice held quite lots of road show ... previously saw it at Jurong Point ... pricing quite attractive !

Went to CASE for this, its not much helpful, CASE says they can only negotiate on consumer behalf, either thru email, post and phone calls, but the PI can choose to ignore or not response, and it will become dead lock,

If you looked at CASE comments on this PI,

"CASE offered SG Vehicles the opportunity to respond to the consumers’ feedback, however, SG Vehicles failed to substantively respond by the stipulated time set by CASE."

So not much useful........
