You cant mix the use of $4 and $1 for 1 pump. You can do the first pump of $60, put back to nozzle, followed by second pump of $10. And at the counter, use the $4 for first pump and $1 for second pump.

If too close to expiry date, just too bad, pump 2 times. Otherwise, pump any amount > $20 and use up the $1 vouchers at one go!

I think cannot continue. Have to hang up the nozzle first and restart.
