Can a lawyer say he fight the case for the cyclist at no cost but if the cyclist win, he takes 50-70% of the awarded sum?

Cos I have seen some lawyers (we call them ambulance chasers) who use this kind of arrangement to get work injured workers to sue the company and the FW end up getting almost nothing back or only a small fraction of the payout in the end.

AMAP allowed them to lao lan with impunity but without the consequences like other road users. There'll no policy changes unless there's few more corpses on the road.

Which is fair enough as traffic regulations review are always driven by safety and lives/limbs lost. Boh tai boh jee millionaire ministers ownself find extra work to do for what? Got time go dancing better.

Most MAMIL bicycles are not the cheap cheap stuff. Even if they don't mind the body injury, the bike actually is the prized possession.

I was driving along PIE towards TPE......saw an Ang Mo cycling along PIE from Tampines Ave 2 towards Upp Changi Rd North. 

Not the MAMIL type, but more like foreign worker type. 

Then he waited at traffic light to cross to Salvation Army side.
