Why is he still here when he is jobless?

Still serving notice so technically still employed.

I hope no other company employ him and he can farking go back to Brexit.

One more thing, he said he hope to stay here permanently. Geez...please don't. We don't want trash like him.

Too predictable...too easily predictable

Wah, I was right...sadly.

That's usually when they cannot bring up "good family" in the mitigation.  :D

Someone who road rage / drunk driving /hit and run, mostly pass a driving proficiency test that we colloquially called "Driving licence"  too.

Just saying....  :D

I don’t like that arrogant cyclist but I think he doesn’t deserve to be almost run down. I think the fine is justified as he didn’t cause anyone any harm.

Let’s be objective... imagine the lorry driver is a British born Chinese Eric and the arrogant cyclist is that singaporean lorry driver instead... anyone still feel that the fine to the cyclist is unfair?

Me.

This has nothing to do with race or nationality. The behaviour is obnoxious.

Caning might be a little too harsh, but just a fine seems too light a punishment. What messages is this sending - people can go around confronting and/or damaging others properties so long as they have money? At least 1-3 days "paid holiday" in Changi prison so that he can reflect and learn....

Really wonder, what if the property damaged is a public one, will it only be fine, or comes will jail and cane?

Hear already also dulan. Not forgetting the lorry has been impounded since the day of the accident till now.

Affecting the livelihood if the driver. [thumbsdown][mad]

Maybe mandatory community service? Road marshal for events or traffic wardens at schools.

I don't advocate the type of reaction by the lorry driver when you are being instigated by an arrogant cyclist like this case. However, the punishment given to the cyclist has to be harsher to deter similar act by others. They need to know if you try such funny acts to get someone to reacts and landed in trouble, you too will have the shit too.  [sly]

For me, it is not that he is local or British. I see them as cyclist and driver only.
