Honda woman drive on wrong side of the road. She should filter back to her own lane to allow traffic on the correct side to pass.

Typical of ATB. Come out, scold and shout. Very uncouth.

Cannot copy link is FB issue.

Likely driver never notice the red arrow.

Our Driver might not be the MOST agile in adapting to changes.

IMHO.
She was on the way in to drop off. 
Later, maybe she will do likewise like the cars parked by the side when she does the pick up. 
I don't know what right she has to say that wanted to let them pass.
