then each cubicle got fire proof big ass ball. When fire, straightaway ball burst and come out all the white powder

Then make Fire insurance no cover any pmd charge at home

In the first place how did they got hold of such bike? It is not a small item relative to it size. Should not the custom first to be alert of suck bulky item delivered into singapore?

As long as the item is not blacklisted or controlled item, custom don't care.

These items could be imported and re-exported.

A lot of us buy charging plug from overseas without being certified by SPRING

These are not escooter, they are actually e-bike. Bicycle with battery and motor.

Many modified bike around. 

Used to be many on the road, until an accident at West Coast killed the rider and many switched to escooter on the pavement. 

Then LTA banned escooter on pavement, but allowed ebikes again.. 🤔

 

So you see them again every where now..

The parts may be shipped in individually. Then locally assembled.

ebikes? Many of them riding on pavement now. The other day while walking on pavement, the ebike nearly crash onto me from behind! 😓
