I needed home maintainance help and contacted this company recently. Simple inquiry on WhatsApp and they provide estimated quote based on job required. Not sure expensive or cheap but they fixed my problem first time with no fuss which is all that matters to me. Actual payment was lesser than intial quote.

Looks good, can try.

I also clear choke pipes on a regular basis

I also got power spray and this one

This back flow nozzle is very useful one. You slowly put the high pressure house with the nozzle head into the choke pipe then chut full power

but I stingy so I use Taobao one

Here is the Taobao head

DIY especially when done well is great

but spend when you need. Don’t begrudge the man his due when you do ask for help

i think he took longer to write the bill than clearing the choke.

but as long as it gets done well.......

My plumber is here . Explain the sounds we hear and he immediately pointed out a valve problem on the water heater tube.

He just helped me fix a faulty PRV for my toilet storage heater.

Had his number stored a few years ago.

My wife is happy with his work. and before he came down. I had a few calls with him over WhatsApp when he was trying to troubleshoot the problem. Uncle got sense of professional pride!

I also think $450 is expensive…

my wife say bopian and that is the plumber contact we got from my sis. Like I said, I was actually thinking of asking for recommendations here but scared kenna asked to google…

If the fix last for over a year, I will recommend him here. He is not the first or second plumber we had over the years trying to fix this choke…

Ok just saw this thread bump. My toilet is still choke free.

By right, both. Plumber to install and connect pipes. Electrictian to wire up.

by left, up to your imagination

If you live in Illinois, I can recommend J Blanton. They offer reliable and responsible emergency plumbing, which I think is very helpful. I also like that their pricing is upfront, as their employees will let you know the price before they start working. Here's where you can learn more about them.

I’ve got a bit of issue with my faucets

the base is a bit loose but the bottom under the sink is inaccessible

Is there some way I can tighten from the top?

unless I remove the whole sink I can’t access it from the bottom 😔
