As i had said previously, this part was something LTA "Don't want".

Accordingly, there was about 2 years of void.  No rule No enforcement.

It should have been ban from sale from the onset before any rules is introduced.

Few nights a week can see such PMA family zooming along Alexandra canal. Occasionally can see PMA family convoy. 

Some come with loud music, flashing coloured led lighings. Similar to those Christmas tree.

dun understand why LTA so reactive in all these issues

from PHV to PMD to PMA....

only for ERP fine they very fast send me letter nbz

It is all auto...print out n someone just fold the letter and put into envelop. Daily office boy will collect the mail n dump to Singpost. 

These PHV, PMD, PMA, etc need effort n time... if KPI does not include these then postpone to next quarter or year.

Coz ERP super reliable even the Russians can't hack into it, equipped with cameras and only need manpower to mail summons.

No charges does not mean that the device is NOT modified or legal.

Keep monitoring closely LTA. Immediate action is needed…knn.

Hope one day those minister go visit the hawker centre then one explode right before him/her. 😒
