Can petition to improve the ownself return tray shit show at busy food centres or not?

It doesn't solve the cleanliness issue, the poor elderly workers are still overwhelmed at the tray return stations while the contractors are saving on manpower costs, with costs still going up for the hawkers.

Yes, built the online voting infrastructure.

Next, citizen can propose changes and if enough people (500,000 for example) sign the petition via Singpass, we can have an online referendum. Returning power to the people for the people. 

But can trust majority to make wise long term decisions for everyone?  What is good for majority is good for all? 😂😂😂
