3. EXCESS

Where, during a Rental Period, the BlueSG Car is damaged and/or if any injury or damage is caused to third party persons or property (including, without limitation, damage arising out of or in connection with a road traffic collision or accident) the Member shall pay to BlueSG the applicable Excess(s). The Excess(s) payable is set out in the table below. Until payment of the applicable Excess(s) is received, the Member is suspended from using the BlueSG Service. A. Own Damage Excess (in relation to damage caused to a BlueSG Car)

Excess : Members aged 26 years and above AND have held a valid driving licence for more than 2 years

Young Drivers’ Excess : Members who are below 26 years of age

S$8,000

Inexperience Drivers’ Excess : Members who have held a valid driving licence for less than twenty-four (24) months (regardless of age)

S$8,000

AND/OR

B. Third Party Excess (in relation to claims paid or to be paid by BlueSG or the BlueSG Insurer, to third parties for personal injury, property damage or otherwise)

APPLICABLE EXCESS

AMOUNT DUE

S$5,000

Young Drivers’ Excess : Members who are below 26 years of age

I remembered TP or LTA announced that after public feedback and commercial operaror feedback,  they claim that putting speed limiter will reduce the power for carrying the loads... Dunnoe what they smoking but I want some too..

The problem is the companies not the drivers.

All these trucks have camera and the companies knows how fast they drive

Its just a question of want to take action or not

More trips mean more money for the companies right?

The drivers take the risk and the company makes more money.
