By the way, malaysia also implementing digital ID (same like our singpass) now.

@Philipkee Well, Lance Corporal explained MDAC application only for egate ie cross by foot, train, bus and air. No need for those who drive or ride. But he is way down the food chain so hope what he said is 100% correct

@Meanmachine I suppose the initiative is to speed the immigration clearance with less manpower. Just like how Singapore has implemented similar arrangements at the airport terminals
