Better to wait for an older Cat B Sealion 7 Premium from someone who's got an itch to change/upgrade their ride. I.e. from Sealion 7 Premium to Zeekr 7X. 

Can get around 30% to 40% less than new car price with around 80% to 90% of CoE life span left. 

Getting a new Cat A Sealion 7 Dynamic now is not making much sense.

Yes, BYD talk about Cell to body save weight yadda yadda but Porklion 7 still 2.3 tons.

True. I managed to knock 60k off from the advertised price after some bargaining. 

I was sure they had very healthy margins.

Actually it doesn’t make sense why they didn’t put a 110kw motor in this car and kept it at 100kw. It’s already pulling so much weight so every bit of performance helps.

Such a weird decision on a 2,150kg car.

Because we are PEE-SAI market size. The production line is set up for the 230kW motor. As I said earlier, we are so pee-sai that they didnt bother to program for 110kW instead of 100kW (because 100kW already exist for Nepal).

Anyway, from my understanding, motors dont weigh that much. I doubt a 110kW motor vs a 230kW motor will save even 40kg

For a mere 20k delta in Cat A and Cat B COE

Car manufacturers see that there is a gap that is worthy of de-tuning their models 

Honda did it with their Civic 1.5 turbo, then the whole host of Tesla, BYD and whatnot

Such that nowadays we see manufacturers crowing that certain models are available in Cat A

Ask yourselves...... if you can't afford the 20k delta should you even be buying a car at this price?

WHAT THE f**k IS THIS? A BASIC FUNCTION LIKE HEADLAMP SWITCH THEY CANT GET IT RIGHT?!!?

The headllamp control stalk has the usual On, Auto On, and OFF. The car cannot distinguish between Auto and OFF. Basically OFF is auto. Auto is also auto. Went to read up and Aussie market cars also this issue.

I dowan to blind people when say at MSCP and car facing the up/down ramp also cannot.
