COE , PARF and dealer margin are so high in Singapore, any good reasons to do that ?

My COE Teana is now lying in MSCP with the battery terminal unplugged. 

I am currently overseas and will only be back closer to Christmas. 

Should I apply it from overseas now?  How can I claim this discounted amount?

Edit: Looks like it is only valid for parking at private property,  In that case, I may need to park at my in-law's condo.

It’s only for longer term. A few weeks don’t bother la. 
you save on road tax and insurance as immediate savings. Coe savings only when you scrap it.

Depends on the annual road tax value.... More than 2k yeah can consider. Mine already hit the max 50% surcharge. 

If it is a 1.3 or 1.6 car probably not worth.

Landed owners.

COE cars.

Esp landed owners with multiple big cc COE cars. 1 holiday save 4 or 5 cars big cc +50% road tax.

Pls try and tell us. I wonder, if its condo, if LTA will red-tape you by asking for letter from MCST.
