LOL... Finally, Kah Motors are desperate to capture back the market.

Will it be too late?

The demand for this car may have been satiated by the Vezels..

Wish they will bring in the Hybrid..

confirm too late.

Honda's noise insulation is quite bad, which is what's keeping me from buying Vezel/HR-V

ya no like noisy. then other japs does better. Honda also aims light weight...even glass is thinner.

Turbocharged

ST's report's 0-100 timing is bit lower than other specs...  and the green color is one of the least attractive IMO.. YMMV though :)

the most attractive Vezel color, for me, on the other hand, has to be Morpho Blue Pearl!

I found the free upgraded radio/entertainment system on my new Mazda 3 bought from TEK really annoying. The radio cannot be turned off. They say it's because it's together with the reverse camera so it has to stay on all the time. That's fine but it can only be muted and it WILL NOT stay muted. Every time I turn on the engine or switch from reverse back to forward gear, it unmutes itself. A lot of time you change gear or turn on engine in basement carpark where there is a lot of noise from the radio and this stupid radio will not stay muted! What a stupid design. Does anyone else feel the same or it's just me?

Just got my HRV from KM today. After drive 60km, I do feel that the car engin does not make so much noise as what lots of Bros here commented on the Vezel. In fact, I can't hear the engin with all the road noise.

Ride is however bumpy thou. Most likely is the tyre pressure. Will get it check tomorrow. Overall experience compared to driving the Vezel that my Friend has, not much of a difference except that everything is in Japanese for the Vezel while the HRV is in English.

Been driving Hrv for the past 1 week, noise issue is fine. However , it is indeed very bumpy !!! What Can I do about it?

I got the LX. 2k more. As for the bumpiness, just have to check the tyre pressure. One bro commented earlier that due to shipment from overseas, they will pump the tyre pressure till around 260-280. Ideal pressure is 210-220. Just release the pressure and it will solve the problem. Remember to do it before driving for a long distance. Heat will cause the actual tyre pressure to increase.

Anyway I asked for window film and front car cam. I did not ask for a change of rim or others as I requested for a further discount of $700.

I got the new colour cinnamon bronze. Factory leather black in colour. Comparable to the Vezel my friend bought from PI, it about 7k more. But I am a caution and lazy person who rather pay more for peace of mind. Book the car in early June with COE at 47k. Guaranteed COE. Got it on the first bid with COE at 53K. Understood that lots of people buying from PI has problem due to that sharp increase during that period.

Swee bro, thanks for sharing..

Yeah, when the COE goes up, the bigger companies like Kah, Merc tend to come through with the bids.

Not to their best interests to play the COE game.

I was going to add Borneo to that list, but if you see the latest offerings from them on the Wish and Altis, the price only works if the COE drops otherwise it's a top up scheme, ala Motor Image / Hyundai..

BTW bro, you only paid 2k more for the LX? That's a good deal for the extra features!

What free servicing / warranty did you get?

Which insurance co do they use? Any options for no loans?

Smart move by Honda to add new colors, as the car becomes even more popular, it helps provide some form of individualism..

I recall losing my Corolla in Marina car park  > 10 years ago; and it was champagne gold.. took an hour to find it - ha ha

Good decision, for 7k more if you are getting almost similar specs as that of PI vezel , then it is worth getting from KM. Moreoevr their gurantee and servicing are more pro and genuine. The problem with PI is that one has to deal with more uncertainties.

Good decision to go with Kah, even with 7k more. Depreciation per year may not be too far off from pi version, given that hrv has higher omv
