If you are referring to the keyless engine start button, I think HRV also have bah....

Which petrol brand do you often use for your car? Are all the four brands the same? I notice that Caltex has Techron in its fuel but not sure whether it indeed helps.

Techron helps to clean up carbon.

But Redline Si-1 has the same chemical and is about 10x stronger.

Hrv has the same engine start stop feature as vezel which you can disable after starting the engine.

My Vezel(10mths old) electronic handbrake have sound during ON/OFF. Sound like rubbing or dry movement(dont know how to describe). Ask the my PI workshop...as usual said "normal", "is like that" bla..bla

 

Any bro have same problem? Any good workshop to recommend?

Which petrol brand do you often use for your car? Are all the four brands the same? I notice that Caltex has Techron in its fuel but not sure whether it indeed helps.

I used to go esso but i personally feel Caltax is better. I feel more power for the same grade (95). Butt feel :)

normal bro. How else the mechanism move to kiap/unkiap the rotors? I'm sure there's more than 1 vezel in your carpark. When you go to work, listen carefully to the other cars. ODC and the new Jazz should be the same.

Is it? Maybe did not noticed when car is new  or maybe getting louder now....

My car park is small and only I driving Vezel....

u should go to a few PIs, hopefully those that are established direct importers with good track records. don't just simply settle for one with the lowest price.

 

while the loan amount might be 70% of the car price, you also have to remember your motor insurance premium & maybe road tax if the PI doesn't cover the latter. Also, any add-ons you want that the PI does not give for free.

There are some quite reputable PIs carrying the Vezel hybrid (various versions). You can join some Vezel Facebook groups to find out.

 

Vezel hybrid is Cat B - I believe u can only get 60% loan off the price (less CEVS). Most PIs will list the price after CEVS rebate. I noted that some PI got $20-25k CEVS while there are some that managed to get a full $30k rebate. By being able to get a higher CEVS rebate, they price their Vezel hybrids slightly cheaper (maybe $2-3k) than those with only $20-25k rebate, hence making themselves seem more competitive. But that may not always be the case.

 

CEVS effectively reduces your PARF rebate. It's not really consumer-friendly. Bluntly speaking, if a car costs $130k without CEVS rebate, PI may sell it at $110k after including a $30k CEVS rebate and give themselves an additional $10k margin. You don't really feel it until you realise your car hasn't got much scrap value left at the end of the car life.

I believe Vezel hybrid is definitely under Cat B COE as its power output is 112kW (Cat A cannot exceed 97kW).

My car also makes an electronic buzzing sound when activating the parking brake. This is not an S-Class, you shouldn't expect an electric motor powering a clamping mechanism to be silent in something like this.

How do you tell if the PI is a direct importer of Vezel? Take their word for it?
