Yysiong 3rd Gear August 23, 2016 Share August 23, 2016 PI is always an issue in some business. Thailand, Malaysia and others will still have MIT HRV where PI presence is less. Thailand factory will sustain as there are other models MIT too. If I read correctly, Hong Kong and Singapore are affected by PI and hence the change. Certain countries in SEA importing from japan is far more expensive that buying from thailand factory. Unlike SG and HK where there is practically no tax and tariff on imports other than the usual tax we has to pay to own a car. ↡ Advertisement

Yysiong 3rd Gear August 23, 2016 Share August 23, 2016 If every country wants the MIJ model that's no bad thing. Problem is people don't want to pay the higher prices. And asean governments are keen to have their own motoring industry. Yes u r right.Japan has already hone their car manufacturing skills to perfection, but their no.1 problem is manpower cost. Even robotic cant fix manpower cost Go to a emerging market in SEA, they immediately cut their cost by half with abundant of manpower, and yet quality is still reasonably good. Nav14 6th Gear August 23, 2016 Share August 23, 2016 Just to check.. Isit advisable to get a 10mths old vezel at 96k Only if you cannot wait for the car or can only afford a much lower down payment than required for ADs. Otherwise it is silly paying just 8-9k lesser than a new car. This 10mths Vezel would be a good proposition only if it is around 90k.

True, at least must save 10K or more, if not might as well buy brand new car. Lol.
Ara 1st Gear August 23, 2016 Share August 23, 2016 Standard freebies are free 3 year servicing, 5 year warranty, free windows solar film, free blackvue camera. If you can bargain more, can ask for dual blackvue camera, car mat, boot cover etc. What is boot cover?

Ara 1st Gear August 23, 2016 Share August 23, 2016 Paiseh, should be called boot tray.Boot tray is the top one that cover the boot? Or the one in the boot cover with the carpet where you can put thing? Either one I though are come with it one ? Need to ask for it ah?
therock Supersonic August 23, 2016 Share August 23, 2016 The boot tray covers the floor of the boot. Typically it's made from hard rubber or plastic so the floor become water resistant. The tonneau cover is what covers the boot area so you can't peer into the car and see what's inside. Some owners have converted the soft tonneau cover to a fixed retractable one. This can be used as a shelf.

But Honda japan website say use 225/45/18225/45/18 is whats recommended but to me wont make the car Nice too thin. Offset 55.225/50/18 Is not a common size as such your Tyre type will be limited. Also this profile will affect ur Speedo and 2 to 3%. Means the actual speed is slightly faster vs original. 235/50/18 will be more common, but thicker so FC may suffer. I cannot find the info where you mentioned 225/50/18 Is recommended for latest vezel.
