  1. Need recommendations for contractors to fix a few broken kitchen cabinet doors and leaking tap and sink. Bros out there any recommendation, and what would be a reasonable price guidance for such repairs? Thanks
  2. Both my washing machine and kitchen sink drain to this main drainage pipe on the kitchen floor.... recently when both are drain at the same time, the water was being force out due to slow drainage to the common pipe - sign of choking. This morning, without even using the washing machine, just washing at the sink, the water runs out....but still drained very slowly..... then I use the aluminium broom handle and shove it down the pipe, pieces of white solid block float up and I removes it..... now it seems like TOTAL CHOKE When I look above the ceiling, checking how my above neighbor's drainage pipe looks like, a normal U shape, but funny I can't feel any opening all around at the bottom of the pipe with the aluminium handle.... so I wonder if I get those "snake flimsy metal rod" , I wonder can it penetrate and clear those solidified waste since those wire are so flimsy.... any advice?

  10. This guy power xia http://www.tomsguide.com/us/nuclear-reacto...news-12067.html A Nuclear Reactor in Your Kitchen is a Bad Idea10:30 PM - August 3, 2011 - By Douglas Perry - Source : Tecca Tweet5Share Would you have known that building your own private nuclear reactor in your home could be against the law? ZoomA 31-year old man in Sweden had no idea, but was at least in doubt, which is why he called local authorities to make sure. The man, whose name was withheld, constructed an apparently functional reactor in the kitchen of his apartment, kept track of radiation levels using his own Geiger counter, blogged about his project, and eventually inquired about possible legal issues. The authorities had an issue with the project and arrested the nuclear enthusiast on the spot. According to media reports, he succeeded in building a functional reactor, but was far away from producing electricity, which would have required a turbine and generator. However, he did have access to nuclear materials, which he acquired "overseas" and by disassembling a fire alarm. His teenage dream of operating his own nuclear reactor became a reality for the expense of about $950. He was released from jail when he promised not to build another reactor. His equipment was confiscated.

  15. yesterday was celebrating mother's day, wife birthday and daughter's birthday at Global kitchen(Pan pacific). it was my first visit there and i called up in the afternoon to make reservation.i was told over the phone that they serves lobster buffet on fridays and saturdays and it cost $58++/pax for dinner without drinks. when i was there, the first thing i look was the surroundings.and i would give it a 8/10. there wasn't much crowd and the food was pretty limited but enough to fill one's stomach. i felt pretty relax and i don't take too much food at one time. the food i like there are the crab bisque with heavy crab fragrance and generous crab meat inside, the different style of lobster they prepared, crayfish and prawns are very fresh, kueh lapis, berry shortcake, cheese cake, fruits are very fresh and sweet...etc.the food may look very simple and common but the tastes are unique.i would give the food ratings of 9/10. i spoke to the manager and understand that sunday-thursday,they served international buffet at $48++/pax. i will surely return to try out their international buffet. this is the best buffet i had tried so far,and my wife agrees.
