Hi all, I'm new here with a recent purchase of the avante S model. Since the purchase, there has been a creaking sound from the under carriage on the driver side. Only can be heard at 100km/h or above. I sent it in for a check and the mechanic said he tightened some bolt at the under carriage and asked me to monitor. Even after this, the sound is still there. Anyone encountered this? Apologies if this has been raised before as I have not read through the entire thread yet. Thanks 🙏

If I release my brake slowly and stop again esp at traffic lights, I can hear this creaking metallic sound coming from my rear, as if some hinges is not well oil. The brake is working well just the noise is annoying for a car that is quite new on the road. There is no noise if I release brake fully, it comes only if I didnt fuly release the brake pedal like in stop start situation. Any idea or similar exp anyone?

HI I am driving a Toyota picnic and my car exhibit a creaking sound when I go over an hump or uneven road. This creaking sound also occasionally happen when I do reverse parking. what could be the problem ? My suspension is new. Any help or advise would be helpful many thanks

Few days ago i realized that sometimes when i tun my wheels, they make a creaking sound. Happens only sometimes and not all the times. Anyone know what might be the cause? I know its nothing big but it sure as hell is irritating. Thanks

Ok, here's a recording of the new noise that I have. http://www.mediafire.com/?ozimzjdmyix This clip was taken while driving btw 10-20km/h around the estate. I added lowering springs today and now it creaks like mad (creaking like an old boat) when traveling slow. I've tried removing EVERYTHING from boot, even jacks and spare tyre, so we can rule of the possibility of things rolling around or producing the sound. We can also rule out the possibility of dampers being spoilt because I got the mechanic to do an inspection just before changing springs ("no signs of leakage etc, dampers ok"). What can be wrong?

Today, when I make turns with my ford focus, around 30km/h, there is a creaking sound that seems to be coming from the bottom front part of the car. When turning the car during parking, there does not seem to be any sound. What do you think is the problem ? Should I be worried ?

hi all... me driving a hyundai getz bout 6 mths old... now kena dis prob of loud creaking sound undercarriage from left side... sounds like e car is falling apart... happens especially at low speeds and lesser when cruising... when step on accelerator at low speeds and slowing down or turning...really damn loud... anything to do wid suspension or e timing belt or wateva? anyone kena dis kinda prob b4??

hi all, I wonder if anyone of you encountered / heard a creaking sound from the undercarriage when you depress your clutch? What does this mean? A worned clutch plate? Or just need some lubrication? My car has run around 80K without any clutch replaced yet. Not slipping too. Thanks for any comments/advise.

Hi, the driver seat of my G9 is creaking like mad. Real irritating when driving. Worse is that the sound sometime have, sometime don't have and it is always when i bring down to BM that the sound disappear only to come back once i get out of there. Anyone experience this problem b4??
