  1. Now this is an interesting sight. As we have mentioned before in previous blog posts, the COVD-19 pandemic has somewhat influenced many who are forced to stay home to start working out as an excuse to head out. Hence, when we went into Phrase 2, there was a noticeable increase in traffic at our parks as many still continued to enjoy exercising, leading to some to come up with new ideas to move away from the overcrowding in parks. Check out this clip which has been shared by SG Road Vigilante, whereby the camera car chanced upon this public outdoor carpark at Fort Canning on the 9th of September which has been 'converted' into an outdoor gym. With the carpark almost full, we bet the sight of those using the carpark as a workout area annoyed the camera car driver. What do you guys reckon? Cool or not cool? Let us know!

  3. Did anyone see the accident? I was exiting Fort Road so did not see the scene clearly. It was along ECP after Fort Road. 3 lanes closed. Saw 1 heavy vehicle + 1 overturned black sedan i think....
  4. Appreciate everybody's input! Where's the most inexpensive carpark around Fort Canning Park?
  5. On the way home yesterday (06/04/09), after the Benjamin Sheares bridge on the ECP towards Airport at about 1830 hrs, I witnessed a Toyota Crown Silvercab..I think rearend a dark blue Opel Vectra Hatchback in Lane 4. I was driving about 20 metres in the 3rd lane and I saw that this dark blue Opel was trying to filter into the entrance of the KPE but was unable to do so because the traffic was not giving it way. Suddenly, the Opel came to a complete stop when it got close to the separating barrier and the taxi slammed into the back of this car. I think the taxi driver did not expect it as the road was clear infront of the Opel. So... I'm doing my civic duty by willing to be a witness for the taxi. I don't think he would be able to win the case but at least the blame won't be 100% his. If there are taxi uncles here or something, you can inform your brethren. I didn't post this in the taxi forum (Seems dead there).
  6. can anyone confirm if the speedcam is facing towards changi direction or jurong direction? was going down that long slope just below 80kmh and the speedcam flashed AT ME Got a shock because I have been going down that long slope at higher speed Just to confirm, all speedcam (except those on the bridge) only shoot from the back?

  8. To facilitate road works, a new slip road exit to Fort Road along ECP (Changi) will be opened to traffic on 16 September 2007 at 10am. The existing Fort Road exit will be closed.
