  1. My friend is telling me about how the pump fail to auto stop when he is filling up petrol causing the petrol to overfill. He thinks it is a problem with his car. I think its the problem with the nozzle at the pump. It had only happened once and after that, he only fills to around 80% based on his estimation. Can someone shed some light on this? Car in question is a Nissan Latio.
  2. Anyone bought Carbon Fibre hoods that does not come with a spray nozzle for windscreen? How do you get one installed? Any good workshop to recommend that will not ruin the CF hood?
  3. I just saw my workshop mechanic use the high pressure water spray to spray the entire engine and engine bay, including all the components inside. Will this cause any engine bay components, joints, wiring, cables, etc to come dislodged? Will water get into engine block and damage engine? Is high pressure water spray ok for ECU? Will radiator tubes and joints be safe from the high pressure spray? Noob here so please forgive me if the above questions are dumb.
  4. Mine doesn't spray well, anyone have any idea where I can get after market type? I'm looking for those toyota type where is spray evenly across the wind screen, it is for Hyundai Matrix. TIA
  5. My Lancer doesnt come with this wide spray nozzle, and I happened to see it at Autobacs Ubi. Comes in white and chrome. Kind of expensive at $41+, excluding installation fee. Would like to ask, anyone using this product? It's made in Japan.
  6. Hi has anyone changed the windscreen washer nozzle before? Can i use any OEM parts or it must be the one meant for specific make/model? Where to go for a replacement anyway? Thanks... my washer nozzle is broken (part that is connecting to the tube), and the tube is always dropping...

  8. having this prob since Wed. Tried 2 different pumps and multiple times. My rear tyre everytime connects the air pump to the nozzle, it has the air leak sound. N the pressure keeps falling. now its below 100 PSI alreadi I dun think i see any visible cause of any leakage externally ie no nail or wat. I've tried moving arnd the nozzle but it doesnt help. Is the nozzle spoilt (one way valve system spoilt?) ? Is it a simple problem to fix?

Anyone know any place which sells the nozzle which spray water in a fan shape? I know a place selling $33, kinda steep. Any place selling cheaper?
  12. Hi guys, don't know what this thing is called but when u go pump petrol right, sometimes u c that on some cars, there is tis rubber protective flap attached to the petrol tank hole. U have to fold it down and it acts as a bodywork protection when u rest the petrol nozzle gun on it when u fill up. Any idea if this is available as an aftermarket item?
  13. Try this out! It's a plug and play replacement and the spray pattern is a wide fan shape compared to the wimpy two streams of the old design. Each cost about $9, a cheap and efficient upgrade!
