It's a real gamble and lucky I'm not the person making this kind of decisions haha!! This one not Championship Mgr game hor..... exactly. midfield is a area, pool is actually pretty decent. henderson, coutinho, allen lucas all are doing well. defence is more critical. u r right bro and I would even add that Pool needs 2 CDs!! That Caulker of Cardiff is worth a gamble in my opinion, 2nd CD may be more difficult to choose cos all the good ones are pricey! ANy thoughts on Shawcross of Stoke. I personally believe for EPL should get the CDs who have played EPL before so both Caulker and Shawcross would be good choices. With a good defence and several clean sheets, confidence will grow and hopefully spill over to UCL games but mind you UCL is a diff kettle of fish altogether. I feel the players must first be established as a player for the club, build up his credential for his country manager to pick him to represent the nation. That itself, is and honour and a recognition of what he had achieved thus far with his club. Those who are their national first XI, will definitely be key player in their respective clubs. For those who are there to make up the squad, apart from the get together and feel good factor, they don't really have the chance to experience much. 2 sub appearance say 20min each do you think will make him a better player when he returned? Hehe, agree to disagree then :) i would say yes actually... cuz a player's development is not just playing in a 90 mins match only... if not, you will never have first teamers coming from your academy..... unless you say when they are brought in to first team, they are immediately thrown in to play 90 mins.. there is a reason why most are eased in as subs first Serge Aurier looks set to be heading to Arsenal to replace Sagna who is likely to be off to City. M'Vila didn't make it too. He has been frozen out at Rubin apparently. That guy got attitude problem. If I am a coach, I will not want somebody with an attitude problem regardless how good he is.
