Yes, ALL this CEVs, whatever are such marketing tools that AD use to fool those Kan-chiong ppl! ... They have factor in MORE than what are in it... enough to cover, they just want to rip off as much as they can to stay competitive in this business. One agent told me their AD is ready to bid at reserve for Cat A at $80k (during that time its around $65k) ... so on the back of my mind I was calculating that they have mark up an ADDITIONAL $15k into the overall price.. sometimes they use as buffer, sometimes as marketing promo (like big sale) .. but whatever it is they NEVER have any MONEY LOSING business ....
