Actually I think most of us reckon she is stupid not because she went to seek true love so far away but because of how she and the mum just packed up and left without a word making the nation worry one of us kanna scam and disappeared without a trace.

 

 

I just want to comment on this case. I cannot really say this gal is stupid. Recently I just went to Myanmar to meet some Facebook friends. Meaning they were strangers but we chatted on messengers. They live in a small town north of Mandalay, something like a village.

When I met one of them, she told me she never expected me to actually turn up because it was a very small town with nothing there. Literally a small village.

And yes, it was a her and she was young and well, after going there physically I realise maintaining this friendship, while possible is unlikely to progress because culture and distance is really huge.

My point is, some might think this girl is stupid. Some say she is a dreamer. But to me, at least she went for it. She should or could have been more responsible in her actions though.

Anyway, we should never say impossible. Who knows? I have done things people will say impossible. And I am sure some of you have done so too. Just be responsible when doing it.

The two angmo colleagues whom I am closer with and both have thai wife, both first hand hor.

 

1) Ang Mo was in his 40's and wife was 30's. Still happily married with two kids.

 

2) Ang Mo was in his 50's and wife was 30's. Divorced with one kid. Wife ran away with his condo, money and got thai lover boy. Now AngMo in his 60's and still working to provide for his kid who is under his sole care. Wife dont want the kid.
