So many things to think about... there were lesser a few steps when I took this route 5 years ago ... can work once get the LTVP ... then during the LTVP apply for WP ... and when the LTVP expire, use the WP to extend stay until application for PR is approved. I just go to the café or fast food or restaurants. but for her mom, its all stir fry style ... with lots of vege and kind of bland. however, I prefer the cooking of my wife's aunt who spent half her life in Indonesia ... so her cooking style is Indonesian style.
