Exiting at 2A from this direction, Joker Daddy probably brought his son and rode across Changi Flyover from Terminal 4 after riding the Jurassic Mile. 

If a car bang them from behind, it's the end of 2 generations at 1 go. Daddy had the brains of a dinosaur, can't blame the innocent son.

Yes, you're right its the same side as Jurassic Mile. 

My logical guess is as below, 

Red X is the end of Jurassic Mile. 

They just simply continue their merry way in the direction of blue and cut across to use the exit from T4 linking to ECP entrance towards city direction. It's not that hard to comprehend how they did it, just need to carry over the bikes over the low armco barriers. Can easily visualize how they did it by taking a quick look at google street view.

No father would want to endanger their child life.

Why still want to proceed onto the expressway we are curious to know as well.

Father should be deal with by the law but not to the extent of imprisonment.

I guess the father is absolutely ignorant on the ban of cycling along the expressways, coupled with the complete lack of common sense and self awareness. 

I could not fathom why they did not u turn and simply re-do the Jurassic Mile back to East Coast Park as well, except with reasons above.

Should just turn around when reaching expressway. 

Road signs are quite prominent even before entering slip roads to expressway.

Oh... So this was from Airport West bound direction. 

Then the Jurrasic mile should place a warning to all cyclist not to turn into ECP or even to any of the airport roads.

extremely hard to  identity them, they can get away with it easily, unless so suay police drive pass them that point of time.

thats why they need a course on traffic law before going onto the road.

In fact, all cyclist (including children below 12) should be required to obtain a cycling license.

It is important to know the rules and etiquette while cycling in a pedestrian walkway.
