Usually broken collar bone happens on the road.

PCN more dangerous than road.

Time to implement cycling license 🤭

Before COVID19 rule relaxation, it is group of 5.

Now, group of 10 with 2 abreast riders.

It’s more of the echoing of the seriousness.. like the ktv outbreak of virus .. if it was serious enough to warrant tough action like an even stiffer penalty, then yes , everyone will obey the rule of the law.

unfortunately , what eventually unrivalled very quickly was the fact that you can have Vietnam girlfriend invitation to come over . And that became a bigger topic of discussion and loophole that was quite interesting, for lack of a better word. In fact , I was still hoping that it’s fake news.

anyway, like I mention, if it’s serious enough to warrant an action , like cycling on expressway is not allowed, the law will be introduced to encourage a change of behaviour, like a huge sign that says cycling on expressway is not allowed.

notice I use the word encourage, because I would think an out right confiscation and stiffer penalty should be the case instead .

If bicycle cycles on Expressway warrants confiscation, car running through red light should get the equivalent treatment.
Car running through red light causes more harm.

or cycling speed limit, and cycling laws and registration...

just go ECP on any sunday and you will know how fast these guys are going....certain areas have a lot of pple moving about, especially near the car parks, and pple cross over to the beach side they need to cross the cyclist road....and these cyclist just zoom pass at high speed......i duuno, is there a "zebra" crossing path on the cyclist track? where pple are able to cross safely?

I had said previously, riding on PCN is more dangerous than the road.

Totally agree.

Risk of Collison is higher.

Though severity and potential of  serious injury likely lower than road if have collision on road.
