Think most cyclists are ok but all it takes is some idiots like this to cause serious injuries. Imagine if an elderly person steps out and BAM, think straight away hand in IC.

They use similar idea for cattle and sheep. Those cyclists belong to the same group that won't understand reasoning. Only understand pain.
